As Assistant Dean, Arch. Hanna S Qubti frequently represented the Dean of Student Affairs, taking on responsibilities on several occasions. He organized activities and events that involved the Deanship and its five departments, actively participating in conferences, workshops, and events while leading and supervising students. He coordinated a range of extracurricular activities with a strong emphasis on human, cultural, and athletic dimensions.
Additionally, Qubti initiated programs and established student clubs focused on enhancing academic and professional development. His efforts aimed to improve student well-being and enrich campus life. Under the dean's directions, he designed student merchandise, including hoodies, mugs, and tote bags.
He also provided support to students with special needs and supervised international and exchange students, ensuring they received the assistance they required. Together with the dean, Qubti planned and co-hosted the graduation ceremony twice. Furthermore, he delivered a 7-minute orientation short film highlighting student life on campus, showcasing the vibrant community and resources available to students.

Training and Supervising the Debate Team
Training and supervising the debate team involves not only honing their public speaking and argumentation skills but also fostering a deep understanding of various topics and critical thinking. It requires guiding team members through the process of researching, structuring arguments, and effectively countering opposing viewpoints. As a coach, providing constructive feedback, encouraging teamwork, and maintaining a positive and competitive environment are key to helping the team grow.
Under the guidance of Qubti, the Debate Team at AUM achieved an impressive standing in the 1st National Debate Competition, reaching the quarterfinals before being eliminated by the eventual champion.
