In June 2018, Arch. HANNA S QUBTI joined the art design team during the early production phase of the Netflix documentary drama "SERGIO". Under the supervision of the art director EGBERT KRUGER, Qubti contributed to the architectural efforts involved in the transformation of the Abu Thar Al-Ghafari Basic School for Boys, in Al-Russeifa, Zarqa, Jordan, into a realistic representation of the UN headquarters in Baghdad, Iraq, which was the target of the Canal Hotel bombing in 2003. Furthermore, Qubti participated in the early scouting efforts and gave recommendations on how to ensure that the set remain true to the architectural language relevant to the region.

As a Creative Consultant, Arch. HANNA S QUBTI played a vital role in shaping the artistic direction of the project, working closely with film's director Mr. SULTAN SWAISS and the entire team. He offered expert guidance in key areas, including story development, character arcs, visual style, and design elements such as costumes, props, and locations. QUBTI helped refine the narrative to ensure a cohesive and compelling aesthetic, while also providing valuable insights to overcome creative challenges that emerged throughout production. In post-production, he contributed feedback on editing, lighting, sound, and visual effects, ensuring that the final cut is of the highest standard.

Sultan Swaiss is a 25-year-old filmmaker based in Amman, Jordan, holding a Bachelor’s in Design and Visual Communication from the German Jordanian University. Over the past six years, Swaiss have built his passion for visual storytelling into a professional career, producing commercials, travel videos, and directing a short fiction. Known for his strong design skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail, he creates content that is both visually powerful and emotionally impactful. A natural team player and leader, he is driven to learn, share, and bring out the best in those he works with, delivering stories that connect and inspire.
