(American University of Madaba 2020/2021/2022/2023/2024)
The Principles of Architectural Photography course was designed for university architecture students, offering a comprehensive introduction to principles and techniques for effectively capturing architectural subjects. It covered essential topics such as composition, lighting, rule of thirds, depth of field, and colors, enabling students to create compelling images that showcase buildings. Through hands-on assignments, they explored various photographic techniques, including the use of natural and artificial light and different camera settings. By the end of the course, students developed the skills to produce high-quality architectural photographs and gained an appreciation for the relationship between architecture and photography, equipping them to document and showcase their designs visually.
