This project envisions transforming an underutilized site along King Abdullah II Street in Amman, Jordan, into a vibrant, multifunctional destination that redefines the traditional gas station experience. Driven by a local businessman known for embracing innovative concepts, the initiative seeks to go beyond standard vehicular services by creating a dynamic urban hub that fosters social interaction, enhances urban quality, and supports economic vitality. Inspired by Amman’s rapid urbanization and the evolving role of public spaces, the design integrates a modern gas station with additional amenities such as a drive-thru restaurant, café, pharmacy, bakery, or mini market. Emphasizing community engagement, strategic partnerships, safety, and accessibility, the project aims to create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike—transforming the gas station from a routine stop into a sought-after destination.
